Creemore Hills Realty Re/Max

Re/Max Creemore Hills Realty Ltd, is located in the quaint Village of Creemore, Ontario on the main street called Mill Street, at the south end of town, directly across from the Creemore Springs Brewery. We opened our doors in 1986 after spending over 10 years, in building and design with Boake Building and Design Ltd., a company we owned and operated which specialized in land development and custom built homes that complimented the landscape of the rolling hills.

It was this experience and appreciation of the land that prompted Austin Boake, Broker/owner and his partner Christine Boake, sales Associate/Owner to open a Re/Max office in this unique corner of Southern Ontario and offer you what few other realtors can, - a genuine knowledge backed by hands on experience and a passion for living in the country. Re/Max Creemore Hills Realty uses the power of Re/Max to reach out from a small village, north of Toronto, and expose the area in a big way.

Creemore is approximately 54 miles north of Toronto Pearson International Airport, 15 miles south of Collingwood and the Town of the Blue Mountains, 26 miles east of Barrie and Alliston, Ontario, 8 miles south of Stayner, and 17 miles to Wasaga beach, the worlds longest freshwater beach.

Creemore was founded in the 1840’s, incorporated as a village in 1842. In 1994, the Village of Creemore, the Township of Nottawasaga, Township of Sunnidale and the Town of Stayner amalgamated to form the present Clearview Township.

If you drive north from Toronto up Airport Road, to the shores of Georgian Bay in the town of Collingwood you can’t help but notice the rolling hills, valleys and breathtaking views.

The townships you pass through are Mono, Mulmur, Clearview, and the Town of Collingwood and the Town of the Blue Mountains. If you venture East you will find township of Adjala/Tosorontio, Essa and Springwater. If you venture west you will find, Townships of Melancthon and Grey Highlands.

The Counties are simple and include the County of Simcoe, the County of Dufferin to the south and the Counties of Grey and Bruce to the west.

School Districts include; Simcoe County School Board Dufferin County School Board; and Grey County School Board. Your children have the opportunity to attend Public or Separate Schools, French immersion along with a variety of private schools. If your property is not in a town or village with a school the children take the school bus.
